On Wednesday 2nd October we competed in the Brother Cross Country Event organised by Clonliffe Harriers. This takes place every year for primary and secondary schools all over Dublin.
We brought a team from 4th, 5th and 6th classes, after running our own time-trials in the senior yard in advance.
All of our runners battled hard on a difficult course, and some noted that cross country can be a lot more physical than you might expect. Every boy competed with great pride and determination, and importantly showed great manners and respect to our event hosts. Ms O Dwyer and Ms Ryan were very proud of the entire Boscos Team.
To top off an excellent team performance our 4th class team came away with a silver medal in the team event!
